Who we are
Dishara FZC LLC is an HR consultancy registered in the United Arab Emirates. In this policy, “Dishara”, “we” and “us” refer to Dishara FZC LLC.
Information we collect
When you browse this website: the website has no accounts or sign-ups, and it does not use advertising or tracking cookies. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits. Cloudflare Web Analytics does not use cookies to track visitors and is designed to provide aggregated website analytics without tracking individual visitors across websites. It provides information such as the page visited, the website that referred you, your browser and device type, and your approximate country. The website also keeps a small note in your browser during your visit so that the opening animation is shown only once; this note is not used to identify you.
When you use our contact form: we receive the details you enter: your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, company name (optional), country, city, emirate or state, the subject you choose and your message.
When you contact us: if you message us on WhatsApp or otherwise get in touch, we receive the details you share with us, such as your name, phone number, company name and the content of your message.
Services this website relies on
Our website is hosted by Netlify. When you visit, Netlify processes technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request, so that it can deliver the website and keep it secure and reliable. To display the website, your browser also loads fonts from Google Fonts and icons from jsDelivr; these providers receive similar technical information so that they can deliver the files.
Messages sent through WhatsApp are handled by WhatsApp (Meta) in line with its own privacy policy.
When you submit the contact form, your enquiry is received and stored by Netlify Forms, a service provided by our website host, Netlify, and a copy is emailed to our business mailbox. Our business email is provided by Microsoft 365.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not send you marketing messages unless you have agreed to receive them.
Who we share it with
We share personal information only where needed: with service providers that help us operate (for example website hosting, form handling, email, analytics and messaging services), with professional advisers where necessary, or with authorities where the law requires it.
Our service providers, including Netlify, Microsoft, Cloudflare, Google, jsDelivr and WhatsApp, may process or store personal information outside the United Arab Emirates. Where personal information is processed or stored outside the United Arab Emirates, we take reasonable steps to ensure that it is handled in accordance with applicable data-protection requirements.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for no longer than 12 months where no continuing engagement follows, and we delete them sooner when they are no longer needed. We keep information for longer only where the law requires it. This applies to enquiries received by email, through the contact form (including the copy stored in Netlify) and through WhatsApp. Information relating to client engagements is kept for as long as needed for the work and to meet legal and contractual obligations.
Sensitive information
Please do not send employee records, identification documents, payroll files or sensitive case details in your first message. If such information is needed later, we will agree a secure way to share it.
Your choices
You can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it, subject to any legal obligations we must meet. You can also tell us to stop contacting you at any time. We handle personal information in line with the data protection laws that apply to us in the United Arab Emirates.

We take reasonable steps to protect the personal information we hold and limit access to the people who need it to respond to you or deliver our services.
